Our story
Best friends from the start
We've been best friends since long before there was a company name on a truck. Same neighborhoods, same weekends, same habit of taking things apart just to figure out how they went back together. Somewhere between helping family with a bathroom and spending a summer swinging hammers for somebody else, it stopped being a favor and started being a trade.
In 2022 we made it official. Two names, one company — D&D. No investors, no inherited client list, no shortcuts. Just a truck, a set of tools we bought ourselves, and the belief that if we did honest work and answered the phone, the rest would follow.
It has. Every job since then has come from a neighbor, a referral, or somebody who drove past our sign and liked what they saw. That's the part we're proudest of, and also the part that keeps us honest: when your name is the whole business, you can't afford a job you're not proud of.
We're still building that name. We show up when we say we will, we tell you what something actually costs, and we treat your home like it's one of ours. Twenty years from now we want people in Lake Geneva to hear "D&D" and already know what kind of work that means.
